“We created our company out of a desire to provide customers with an amazing culinary experience, along with service provided at the highest level and in a homely atmosphere.

When we met Kim and Jeremy, the founders of the restaurant, they were looking to retire, and we decided to continue their work. They had put their heart and soul into Casa Cabaña for the past 25 years, and we wholeheartedly want to continue doing so. After many long years of working at the best restaurants in Lanzarote, we gained all the experience to make our dream come true.

Our predecessors always tried to vary their menu by making regular changes and offering daily specials, and using only the freshest ingredients purchased daily and prepared on site. We are certainly going to continue with this tradition, as this has helped make Casa Cabaña one of the most popular choices in the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen, and encourages many repeat visitors every year.
